The CGSociety was invited to exhibit some of it's most exciting and talented artists at the ADAPT Conference 2008 in Montreal Canada. Participants were advised to create a reel of example art pieces to run throught the show, but limitations such as total file size, duration and the lack of sound available proved challenging.

The dynamic 'stacks' of eye catching images being tossed onto the table worked on 2 levels; firstly, to gain the attention of conference attendees and secondly, tied in perfectly to CGPortfolio's byline of 'stacks of the worlds finest art'.

The goal of this animated banner campaign was to highlight to aspiring professional digital artists how well the CGPortfolio application can expose their work to a massive online audience.

The ad was displayed in numerous locations across the CGSociety family of sites and performed extremely well - gaining very efficient and effective click-through rates in all areas.

To utilise dedicated in-house advertising space on the CGSociety group of sites, various ads for parent company Ballistic Publishing's digital art books were created.

The goal of these ads is to gain the attention of the viewer while not giving away too much information up front. In turn the viewer should click through from the ad to the product page on the Ballistic Publishing site for more details and an opportunity to purchase.
